Director of Operations
Mrs. Ketchum joined Praetorian Guard in August of 2017 as Director of Operations, continuing her 20 plus year career in Operations Management. Heidi has been with Praetorian since its beginning as a client and recently became a permanent member of the family bringing with her a varied background from the military, healthcare and technology sectors.
Mrs. Ketchum served as a Transportation Officer in the Army for 5 years before moving into the healthcare operations sector working for the industry leading organizations of Cardinal Health, Inc. and KCI, an Acelity Company. Heidi left the healthcare sector, after spending several years leading North American Field Service Operations at KCI, to try her hand in the technology sector supporting Global Logistics at Facebook.
Mrs. Ketchum has a B.S. degree in Operations Research from West Point (1995) and an MBA in Strategic Leadership from University of Tennessee (2013).
At Praetorian Guard, Heidi is primarily responsible for business operations and support.
